What To Expect In A Massage

A brief health history will be taken to determine if there are areas of concern or contraindications to massage.  You are encouraged to ask questions at any time.

Always tell your therapist your goals for the session. If you would like specific work, please tell her.  If the massage is making you uncomfortable or hurts, please tell her immediately.  Feedback is essential.

 In the massage room there will be a massage table covered with sheets and soft music will be playing.  You should undress to your level of comfort.  You will be left alone to undress and get under the sheet on the table.  Modest draping is used at all times.

Once the massage starts you will enjoy the unique sensation of having your muscles kneaded, stroked and stretched.  Enjoy!
